Confirmation: Completing the form on this website does not constitute a reservation. We will require a credit card number to confirm your booking.

Please note that Royal Park Guest House is a completely non smoking house.

Cancellation: Once we have confirmed that we can offer you accommodation we will ask you to make a reservation by providing us with a credit card number, expiry date and security code. Once this is received, either by telephone or in writing, a legal contract exists.

Our required notice to cancel without cost is 5 days prior to the commencement of the first nights' stay. Cancelling without this 5 day notice means that the full cost of the accommodation reserved will be charged for unless we are able to relet the room(s). This also applies should you subsequently amend your booking by shortening your stay. The credit card details that were given on the booking will be charged for the full amount due. If we are able to re-let any or all of the reserved days the card will be credited with the relevant amount.

Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy and if you are booking for a number of days you may wish to consider taking out a suitable form of insurance.
